Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As our Graphic Designer, you will be a key player in visually communicating our brand identity and value proposition to our target audience. You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative designs across various platforms, including our website, social media channels, marketing materials, and more.

Responsibilities:

Visual Brand Identity:

  • Maintain and evolve the visual brand identity of Your Doctors Online, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Create and update brand guidelines, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, and imagery.

Marketing & Communication Materials:

  • Design a wide range of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, email templates, and digital ads.
  • Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Website & Digital Design:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing and user-friendly web pages, landing pages, and online forms.
  • Create engaging visuals for blog posts, articles, and other online content.

Other Design Tasks:

  • Design internal communication materials, such as newsletters and presentations.
  • Assist with the creation of merchandise and promotional items.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.

Software Proficiency:

  • Experience with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of design principles (typography, colour theory, composition, layout).
  • Ability to create visually compelling and engaging designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Experience with UX/UI design.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations.
