    Experience
    • 6+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on print, packaging, 3D design, and digital design.
    • Proven experience in a senior or lead design role.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print, packaging, 3D design, and digital design (portfolio submission is mandatory).
    Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer with a strong background in print design, packaging design, 3D design, and digital design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful design solutions across various mediums. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Development
  • Create visually compelling designs for print, packaging, 3D, and digital projects.
  • Develop concepts, mockups, and prototypes for packaging, print materials, and digital assets.
  • Design and render 3D models for product packaging, displays, and other applications.
Typography And Visual Design
  • Demonstrate exceptional skills in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across all design projects.
  • Ensure typography aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the overall design aesthetic.
Digital Design Expertise
  • Design engaging digital assets, including social media graphics, web banners, and email templates.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to ensure designs are optimized for web and mobile platforms.
Project Management
  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Retail, Product development, and Marketing, to align design with business goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Technical Expertise
  • Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D software like Blender or similar).
  • Ensure designs are print-ready and meet technical specifications for production.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Client and Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Quality Assurance
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all mediums.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of design files to ensure accuracy and quality before production.
