Ideally, you will be a Chartered Accountant, CPA or equivalent.

Reporting to the board of directors, the CEO will be responsible for managing the company's Pakistan operations and driving growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Create an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the company's mission, vision, and values
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the management team to drive the business towards profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Build effective high-performance leadership teams for greater efficiency and long-term success of the organisation
  • Actively pursue business development opportunities and originate new client engagements
  • Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company
  • Lead the organisation's annual business planning and budgeting process.
  • Monitor organisation's performance to ensure effective implementation of the decisions of the Board of Directors
  • Present periodic business performance reports to the Board of Directors and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Extraordinary passion, clear vision and strong leadership skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures
  • Formulating policy and developing and implanting new strategies and procedures
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
