Executive Assistant to CEO Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day operations, decision-making, and strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Schedule meetings, appointments, and events across multiple time zones. Manage inboxes and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
  2. Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings. Take detailed notes and track action items for timely completion.
  3. Assist in coordinating key operational and strategic initiatives within the organization.
  4. Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  5. Support various projects as needed, including research, data analysis, and drafting reports.
  6. Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
  7. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Notion).
  5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
