  • Conduct full GBP audits and craft optimization strategies tailored to client goals
  • Implement best practices: accurate NAP, business hours, services, attributes, Q&A, posts, photos
  • Perform local SEO keyword research specific to industries and locations
  • Monitor, manage, and respond to review activity and client questions
  • Benchmark against competitors and leverage insights to boost client visibility
  • Track performance with Google Insights & Analytics, reporting key metrics monthly
  • Train clients on maintaining their GBP and leveraging Google tools (Analytics, Ads, Search Console)
  • Ensure GBP compliance with Google guidelines and troubleshoot listing issues

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in GBP (GMB) optimization and local SEO management
  • Familiarity with SEO software: SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Skilled in audit, keyword research, competitor analysis
  • Analytical mindset with solid reporting skills
  • Excellent communication to liaise with clients and teammates
  • Bonus: experience managing multi-location GBP accounts
