Key Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Oversight: Manage and optimize all social media channels, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  2. Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that combines educational, promotional, and engaging posts, tailored to specific platforms.
  3. Social Calendar: Plan and execute the social media calendar, coordinating product launches, events, and campaigns.
  4. Always-On Approach: Maintain a consistent flow of daily posts and interactions with followers.
  5. Campaign Management: Lead social media campaigns from ideation to reporting, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
  6. Content Creation: Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and videos that enhance social media presence.
  7. Community Building: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build strong online relationships.
  8. Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  9. Influencer Collaborations: Manage relationships and collaborations with influencers to extend reach and visibility.
  10. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, adapting strategies to remain competitive.
  11. Additional Responsibilities:
  12. Community Management: Proactively engage with followers by managing comments, responding to direct messages, and fostering discussions. Provide live commentary during events on social platforms such as X (formerly Twitter).
  13. Industry Engagement: Actively participate in industry conversations by commenting on athletes' posts and sharing relevant content, including post-event analysis.
  14. Story Reposting: Repost relevant stories to maintain a vibrant and active social presence.
  15. Sentiment Analysis: Monitor community sentiment to assess public perception and take proactive measures to address potential issues.
  16. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  17. Email Newsletters: Collaborate with the concerned person to plan and execute engaging email newsletters for the audience.
  18. Website Content: Coordinate with teams to place website banners and tickers in alignment with ongoing campaigns.
  19. Media Budget Management: Work with the media team to plan and allocate the media budget effectively.
  20. Social Media & Content Planning: Develop content plans with the content team, including blog topics, frequency, and alignment with the overall strategy.
  21. Influencer Marketing: Create and manage influencer marketing budgets and campaigns to expand brand visibility.
  22. Design Coordination: Partner with the design team for static and video content creation, ensuring strategic consistency across all campaigns.
  23. PPT Creation: Develop comprehensive PowerPoint presentations (Master Briefs) that encapsulate campaign strategies and execution plans.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 2-4 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
  2. Proficiency in using social media management tools.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret social media insights and data.
  6. Experience in managing social media paid campaigns is a plus.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
  8. Creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
