Duties

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients in a professional manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
  • Support the team with various administrative duties as required, including acting as a personal assistant when necessary.
  • (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks with attention to detail.
  • Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar healthcare setting is advantageous but not required.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a wider range of clients.
