Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Development of IVR applications using Avaya OD. Inbound and outbound IVR applications development (POM).
  • Experience 3-6 years

IVR BA / Tester:

  • Work closely with IVR development team and provide clarifications on requirements.
  • Get required business logics required for IVR, core banking systems integrations and document clearly on functional specifications.
  • Having discussions with needed IT teams to clarify the requirements, get their concurrence, work on project plan, communicating to stakeholders on the project plan.
  • Create the test cases and perform the testing.
  • Ensure testing is done thoroughly prior to UAT and document the defects.
  • Co-ordinate with teams during UAT for resolution.
