IVR Developer

We are seeking an experienced IVR developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and testing IVR applications using Avaya OD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop inbound and outbound POM-based IVR applications that meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with the IVR development team to clarify requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in IVR development is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Avaya OD and its integration with core banking systems.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Document functional specifications clearly and obtain necessary business logics for IVR integrations.
  • Engage in discussions with IT teams to clarify requirements, obtain their concurrence and plan projects.
  • Coordinate with teams during UAT to resolve issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
