Purpose
This position is responsible for facilitating employees with the timely processing and delivery of benefits, including Car Benefits, through collaboration and support of internal and external stakeholders, in compliance with applicable policies.

Education: Graduate from a reputable institute, preferably with a major in HR.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Area of Responsibilities:

  • Car Booking through Ijarah Agreement with Banks: Receive car requests from employees, review them in adherence to policy, arrange necessary documentation for booking of vehicles through banks, and communicate booking confirmation to employees.
  • Car Ijarah Financials Management: Arrange verification of financials related to Ijarah, such as upfront amounts and cancellation charges, from relevant stakeholders in coordination with banks.
  • Car Settlement: Facilitate exit staff for lease settlement, coordinate with banks for staff decisions regarding settlement options (Buy Back, Surrender, Lease Transfer), and coordinate with banks and the fleet department for NOC.
  • Car Rental Invoice Processing: Verify monthly invoices from banks, obtain approval from PS Management, and process through Business Finance.
  • Bringing Efficiencies and Digitalization: Review processes to explore automation possibilities where applicable.
  • Compliance with Policies & Laws: Stay updated on policy and market changes, ensure immediate applicability, and maintain compliance during employee benefit processing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear and accurate communication with stakeholders, manage expectations, and understand roles to avoid conflicts.
