Car Market Transformation Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the car market by ensuring comprehensive and accurate listings. You will engage closely with dealerships, providing expert guidance and training to help them maximize their reach and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual to visit assigned markets regularly, ensuring that the entire stock of cars is accurately listed and updated.
  2. You will provide extensive training sessions to dealership owners and sales agents on utilizing applications and tools effectively.
  3. Ongoing strategic advice will be provided to dealerships to enhance the quality and appeal of their listings, driving increased sales.
  4. Closely collaborate with teams to build and optimize revenue from designated areas.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Persistent, hardworking, and passionate about achieving results.
  • A strong understanding of the local car market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet usage, and communication.
