About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Consultant / Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, predictable, high-quality, and high-performance solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Essential Functions

  1. Analyze, design, build, and configure D365 FO custom functionalities to meet business process and application requirements.
  2. Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of complex project modules.
  3. Create technical design documents and other technical deliverables aligned with project processes.
  4. Collaborate with architects and analysts to review and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices.
  5. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and post-go-live enhancements.
  6. Work independently on assigned deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
  7. Support team members by sharing knowledge, providing clarifications, and suggesting best practices, including via company blogs.
  8. Communicate regularly with the project team about progress, blockers, and support needs.

Required Qualifications

  1. 2 to 7 years of hands-on development experience in Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 FO, with at least 1.5 years in Dynamics 365 FO.
  2. Deep knowledge of X++ programming.
  3. Experience developing and updating SSRS reports and forms.
  4. Expertise in extension methodologies and customizing D365 FO modules.
  5. Experience with installation and configuration of Finance and Operations modules and add-ons.
  6. Understanding of the software development lifecycle within the D365 environment.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

  1. Experience with application integration frameworks (DIXF and DMF).
  2. Experience building and deploying D365 packages using Dynamics Retail SDK.
  3. Proficiency in building and consuming Data Entities (OData).
  4. Experience with integrations/data migrations involving legacy systems, web services, and extensions.
  5. Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, B2B, and B2C.
  6. Possession of Dynamics 365 FO Certifications.
