Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant

Overview:

Tekboox is a forward-thinking technology solutions provider committed to delivering innovative and efficient business solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations application to align with evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Training & Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • System Optimization: Monitor system performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement, implementing enhancements to optimize functionality.
  • Customization Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement customizations that address specific business needs.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop detailed test plans and execute various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure system reliability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Functional Expertise: Proficient in D365 F&O modules, with a strong focus on:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Fixed Assets and Budgeting
  • Cash and Bank Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Product Information Management
  • Warehouse Management
  • Project Management and Accounting
  • Landed Costing
  • Master Planning Process
  • User Security Role Management
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of D365 customization tools, workflows, and integration methods.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in functional consulting, specifically with D365 F&O.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification.
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
