  • As an SEO Executive, you will undertake strategic and complex tasks, leading SEO projects and collaborating across departments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Interpret and stay updated on search engine algorithms and theories, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough SEO performance analysis and reporting to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Work with content creators to develop and optimize content strategies for better organic search engine visibility.
  • Perform extensive keyword research and competitor analysis to inform SEO strategies.
  • Manage and execute advanced backlinking strategies, including guest blogging, link exchanges, and directory submissions.
  • Stay current on SEO trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of our SEO tactics.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to website structure and content for enhanced SEO performance.
  • Generate detailed SEO reports, conduct SEO audits, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search engine rankings.
Must-Have Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO algorithms and search engine optimization practices.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools like Moz, SEMrush, and Ahrefs for optimization and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze data, derive insights, and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to SEO challenges.
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with advanced SEO techniques, such as schema markup, local SEO, and voice search optimization.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
  • Understanding of technical SEO aspects, such as website speed optimization, mobile-first indexing, and crawl budget management.
  • Awareness of industry-specific SEO challenges and opportunities, particularly within the digital marketing sector.
