About the Role
Cplus Soft is seeking a skilled and research-driven Content Writer with a strong grasp of the IT
and software development industry. In this role, you will be responsible for producing
high-quality written content that communicates technical ideas in a clear, engaging, and
business-oriented manner.
As part of our in-house marketing team, you will write blog posts, website content, service
pages, product briefs, white papers, and more. All targeted toward decision-makers, technical
stakeholders, and digital audiences. The content you produce will help enhance our online
presence, support lead generation, and position Cplus Soft as a thought leader in the
technology services space.

Responsibilities
● Write, edit, and proofread content across multiple formats: blog posts, service pages,
case studies, project/product descriptions, and technical guides
● Research industry trends, client case studies, and product specifications to create
original and relevant content
● Collaborate with designers, and marketers to ensure accuracy and alignment of
messaging
● Optimize content for SEO by incorporating target keywords, meta descriptions, and best
practices
● Support the creation of email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and landing page copy as
needed
● Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure technical content is digestible for both
technical and non-technical audiences
● Work under timelines while maintaining quality standards and publishing consistency
● Contribute to content planning, topic ideation, and editorial calendar maintenance

Requirements
● 1 to 3 years of experience in content writing, with a focus on technology, software, or
IT-related topics
● Excellent written English with strong command over structure, tone, grammar, and clarity
● Familiarity with B2B content formats, technical writing, and industry-standard content
expectations
● Ability to understand technical concepts such as APIs, cloud computing, DevOps, AI/ML,
SaaS, and web development
● Experience with SEO tools and guidelines (e.g., keyword research, on-page SEO,
readability)
● Comfortable working in collaboration with cross-functional teams, especially technical
leads and designers
● Strong research skills and attention to factual accuracy and source credibility
● A portfolio or links to published work (preferred)
