Role Description:

We are seeking a creative and proactivePart-Time Social Media Managerto enhance our online presence. This hybrid role requires a mix of remote work and occasional on-site collaboration atKarachi Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing social media posters, creating engaging reels, and managing social platforms, with a strong grasp of hashtags, captions, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design eye-catchingsocial media posters(using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Shoot, edit, and produceshort-form videos (Reels/TikTok)with trending music, transitions, and effects.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with engaging content.
  • Craft compellingcaptions, hashtags, and post strategies to maximize reach and interaction.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for better engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latestsocial media trendsand platform algorithms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and foster community interaction.
  • Occasionally visitKarachi Marriott Hotelfor on-site content creation (events, promotions, etc.).

Location: CliftonKarachi l (Hybrid)

Salary Range:PKR 25,000 – 35,000
