About Us:

CommerceKind is a leading Amazon Growth Agency based in Lahore, providing end-to-end management services for Amazon sellers. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and strengthen our market presence.

Role Description:

We're seeking a smart, confident, and communication-savvy professional with proven experience in Business Development. The ideal candidate will handle outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS, building strong relationships with potential clients and converting leads into lasting partnerships.

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Paragon City, Lahore (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 5 PM to 2 AM (Monday to Friday)

Salary Package: Up to PKR 150,000/-

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to generate leads and build client relationships.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and update client databases to ensure accurate and timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Business Development or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proactive, smart, and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
