We are currently seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team and drive our business expansion efforts. This role requires a candidate with a strong skill set in Business Development Strategy Planning and Execution, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to onboard new clients effectively. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our business growth strategy and should also have expertise in various marketing and outreach methods.

Job Specification
  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
  3. Formulate and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
  4. Lead, train, and mentor a team of business development professionals.
  5. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  7. Identify and build relationships with potential clients.
  8. Manage the entire client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our products or services.
  9. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  10. Leverage expertise in SEO and Digital Marketing to enhance our online presence.
  11. Integrate Digital Presence strategies into business development efforts.
  12. Execute Email, Text, and Cold Call Business Development Marketing campaigns to generate leads and foster client relationships.
  13. Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize performance.
