The incumbent will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy, banquet sales, and event bookings.
  2. Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Planners.
  3. Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  4. Conducting regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
  5. Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with hotel revenue targets.
  6. Coordinating with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and branding efforts.

  8. Collaborating with operations to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  9. Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and presenting updates to management.
  10. Negotiating contracts and closing deals in alignment with hotel pricing and revenue policies.
