Job Title: HR Business Partner | Talent Strategy | People Experience | Career Development | Talent Management
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy, banquet sales, and event bookings.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Planners.
- Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Conducting regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
- Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with hotel revenue targets.
- Coordinating with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and branding efforts.
- Attending trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the hotel.
- Collaborating with operations to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and presenting updates to management.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals in alignment with hotel pricing and revenue policies.
