Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Lahore. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing strategies. Daily tasks include managing PPC campaigns, analyzing data for optimization, leveraging various marketing channels, and collaborating with the creative team to produce effective advertisements. The role requires constant monitoring of campaign metrics to ensure high ROI and effective budget utilization.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in PPC Campaign Management and Data Analysis
  • Experience with various marketing channels such as social media and search engines
  • Skills in A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Strong understanding of performance-based marketing and metrics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Prior minimum 1 year experience in a performance marketing role is a must
  • Should share portfolio of gained results
