Specialist Human Resources at TAWAL | Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP)

Job Location: Islamabad, Pakistan.

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract (Fixed Terms)

Role Summary:

Enabling Tawal Europe and Tawal Asia business units to implement a framework and culture for process excellence. Supporting them in balancing process management on a daily basis with a drive for improvement of process effectiveness & efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and Policy Development: Support the timely development and review of processes, ensuring 100% alignment and compliance of the documents with the standard document structure and template of the Group.
  • Process and Policy Documentation and Archiving: Ensure all documents received have the necessary approvals from the designated authorities. Maintain a 100% approval record for all submitted documents.
  • TAWAL PK Maturity Roadmap: Consolidate achievement data from all stakeholders against Quick-wins, Mid-term, and Long-term objectives. Scrutinize departments showing 100% completion and share consolidated achievement data with Internal Audit.
  • Tawal PK 2025 Sustainability Strategy – Charters & Execution: Consolidate relevant stakeholder data and submit required sustainability data against KPIs to the Group.
  • Process and Policy Support (Europe): Support European POCs in reviewing document structures and standard process and policy templates aligned with HQ guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • 3+ years experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and in TL9000 QMS or ISO certification.
