We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team full-time at our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring high standards of customer service. This role also involves training clients on product usage, contributing to the development of sales strategies, and offering insights to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the SAAS industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct product training sessions and deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute strategic sales plans
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and prepare detailed sales reports
  • Continuously gather and provide feedback to improve products and services

Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS-based sales is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proven track record in sales and sales management
  • Capable of delivering product training and support to clients
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Must be able to work on-site in Lahore
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the tech industry is a strong advantage
