As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, supporting hiring managers in identifying top-tier talent, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of HR functions in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other platforms
  2. Utilize Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted candidate sourcing
  3. Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit
  4. Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements
  5. Manage the interview process, including scheduling and candidate communication
  6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings

Experience Required: 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment (experience in software development, network security, or cybersecurity recruitment is a plus)
  • Previous experience in international recruitment is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
