
Human Resources Executive

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, supporting hiring managers in identifying top-tier talent, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of HR functions in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other platforms
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted candidate sourcing
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling and candidate communication
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
Experience Required: 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition
Minimum Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment (experience in software development, network security, or cybersecurity recruitment is a plus)
- Previous experience in international recruitment is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
