Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Test Consultant with over 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, particularly in testing Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions. The ideal candidate is skilled in manual and automated testing, experienced in developing test strategies, and knowledgeable in Salesforce architecture and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support software development activities, utilizing AI tools for requirement analysis and QA.
  • Lead test strategy development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and AI integration.
  • Research and evaluate new AI-based tools for team and company use.
  • Mentor junior team members, focusing on AI tool usage and best practices through training and knowledge-sharing.
  • Create and implement AI-enhanced Test Plans with insights for optimal coverage.
  • Communicate resource needs for testing to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle, leveraging AI for continuous improvement.
  • Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and execute AI-enhanced manual and automation test scripts for accuracy and scalability.
  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities, incorporating AI.
  • Participate in client meetings and QA reviews, including AI-assisted activities.
  • Engage in QA activities such as training, interviews, and team discussions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce testing.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, validation rules, workflows, triggers, and security.
  • Hands-on experience in manual and automated Salesforce application testing.
  • Proficiency in API testing, test case management, and defect tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator or QA certification.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Gearset.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and Salesforce release management.
