We Are Hiring
Zindagi Trust is actively seeking a full-time Receptionist to be positioned at our adopted government school, Khatoon-e-Pakistan Government Girls Secondary School, located in Bahadurabad, Karachi.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized and courteous individual to manage the school's front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle phone calls
Maintain visitor logs and manage correspondence
Support scheduling, filing, and data entry
Coordinate with vendors and internal staff
Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience (school/NGO preferred)
Good communication skills in English & Urdu
Proficient in MS Office
