Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Karachi. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Other tasks include performing administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- Proficient in handling front desk operations and managing reception area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution
- Experience with scheduling appointments and assisting visitors
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
