We are looking for a skilled Java / Kotlin Developer to join our team on a project-based, part-time basis. This role offers flexible working hours and complete remote work, making it perfect for developers who thrive on autonomy and quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

1) Develop, test, and maintain Java/Kotlin-based applications.

2) Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure requirements are met.

3) Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance.

4) Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Requirements:


• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.


• Experience with modern frameworks and tools (Spring Boot, Android SDK, etc. preferred).


• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.


• Good communication skills for remote collaboration.

Work & Compensation:


• Location: Remote (Work from anywhere)


• Hours: Flexible – focus on results, not clocking in


• Salary: Paid on a per-project basis (negotiable based on project scope)
