Role Overview

As a Medical Biller at BOT Billers, you'll be a vital part of our revenue cycle team, responsible for processing claims, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring timely reimbursement for our healthcare clients. This is an on-site role, perfect for someone detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment and is interested in U.S. healthcare systems and medical billing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and submit medical claims to insurance companies
  • Review and resolve claim denials and rejections
  • Post payments and reconcile accounts
  • Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to ensure timely reimbursement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations and payer requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and payment activity in the system

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of medical billing experience with U.S. healthcare providers
  • Strong understanding of insurance guidelines (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English
  • Confident interacting with U.S.-based clients and insurance representatives
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
