Role Description:

We are hiring an experienced Walmart Marketplace Expert to join our on-site night shift e-commerce team. This role focuses on managing Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), optimizing product listings, and handling account reinstatement services for suspended or restricted seller accounts.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Walmart WFS and a proven track record in Reinstatement Services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day operations of Walmart Marketplace seller accounts
  2. Set up and optimize listings for Walmart WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services)
  3. Handle inventory setup, order tracking, and shipping configurations within WFS
  4. Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with Walmart's policies
  5. Lead reinstatement processes for suspended or flagged accounts, including appeals
  6. Communicate with Walmart support teams and resolve account-level issues
  7. Analyze and improve product visibility, ranking, and conversions on Walmart Marketplace
  8. Stay updated with changes in Walmart Marketplace rules, features, and best practices
Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace and WFS accounts
  2. Deep understanding of Walmart Seller Center, listings, shipping settings, and compliance policies
  3. Experience in handling Walmart reinstatement or similar processes
  4. Background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or marketplace management
  5. Familiarity with other marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy) is a plus
  6. Knowledge of keyword optimization and marketplace SEO
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/tasks simultaneously
