We are looking for a
creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our brand's presence across social platforms, creating engaging content, running ad campaigns, and analysing performance to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels, captions) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies for improvement.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to messages, comments, and inquiries.
  • Research latest social media trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to keep the brand ahead.
  • Work with design, sales, and content teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of different social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Experience with paid advertising and campaign optimisation.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) and familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
