Role Description

We're looking for passionate and driven Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This role is perfect for business students and fresh graduates who want to learn the ins and outs of real estate while making real money. You will be trained extensively to handle client interactions, sales negotiations, and property transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct property tours and advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
  • Manage and close real property transactions efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build a network of leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking events.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, listings, and competition in the real estate industry.
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License (preferred but not mandatory; we will help guide you through the process).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales abilities with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Basic understanding of real property transactions and market dynamics.
  • Fresh graduates in business, finance, or marketing are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of English and Urdu, both written and spoken.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
  • Client Interaction: Respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours. Ensure follow-up calls are made after every client meeting.
  • Property Showcasing: Verify all property details before conducting a tour. Provide clients with complete documentation and transaction history.
  • Reporting: Submit weekly sales reports to your supervisor. Track leads through the company's CRM system (training will be provided).
  • Code of Conduct: Maintain professional behaviour in all client interactions. Uphold company values of Trust, Transparency, and Reliability.
