Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join its dynamic team and contribute to the development, integration, and support of AI-driven product discovery and search solutions.

As a key member, you'll work on creating scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to enhance customer experiences across various industries like retail, consumer electronics, and healthcare. The role involves designing and maintaining digital assistants, search engines, and configurators to improve conversions and drive personalized shopping for leading global brands:

  1. Support the onboarding and enablement of new & existing customers by integrating data through multiple data sources within Product discovery solutions (SFTP, API, etc).
  2. Validate, map and merge data sets from customers.
  3. Seamlessly interact with product, support, and development teams as needed to accomplish daily activities.
  4. Support the creation of reporting based on data requirements of the customer.
  5. Develop documentation based on as-is and future state of customer implementations.
  6. Identify risks and potential blockers within projects and proactively mitigate.
  7. Demonstrate a high level of competency in the Product discovery platform and continually stay up to date with industry trends, and latest features and functionality.
  8. Consult with business stakeholders (Internal & External) as a subject matter expert for data ingressions.
  9. Deliver a compelling customer experience while guiding customers/internally to an in-the-box solution within the platform.
Skills
  1. Previous experience as a web developer/software engineer/QA Engineer would be ideal.
  2. Experience with databases such as MongoDB/SQL.
  3. Experience integration with APIs & CRMs for data connection.
  4. Experience in working with complex data sets and data manipulation.
  5. Self-motivated, collaborative, responsible, and passionate about exceeding client expectations.
  6. Effective communicator with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively in ambiguous situations.
  7. Outstanding asynchronous and remote communications skills.
  8. Ability to engage different teams while driving towards project success.
  9. Strong consulting skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor to our customers.
  10. Ability to explain technical concepts with ease and in the simplest manner possible to any type of audience (technical through non-technical).
