Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the country growth strategy to take Payoneer Pakistan to the next level, ensuring alignment with the global business growth plan. Drive initiatives to achieve and exceed customer performance, growth, and penetration targets across existing and new product lines.
  • Lead the country's strategy in the short and long term and ensure it translates into the execution of new business development, customer engagement, and improved processes.
  • Provide leadership and team management: Lead and motivate a team of dedicated business professionals based in Pakistan. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their sales and account management skills.
  • Identify the next growth opportunities, partnerships, and solutions that will unlock the next phase of growth in Pakistan.
  • Operate effectively in a matrix environment while providing strategic leadership.
  • Foster business and customer diversification by exploring new opportunities in untapped verticals, engaging with customers and prospects to gain insights across industries, and leveraging problem-solving abilities to drive growth.
  • Drive market expansion by developing new verticals and business lines to unlock opportunities to collaborate with larger customers and enterprises in Pakistan.
  • Identify and develop new SMB acquisition opportunities through potential distribution channels such as mobile wallets, affiliates, platforms, banks, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate market needs and growth potential to APAC and global organizational functions, ensuring alignment with product, marketing, customer journey, revenue operations, FP&A, and other relevant departments.
  • Provide operational support by being well-versed in all aspects of the business, including operations, data analytics, marketing, and partnerships, and align with the company's corporate functions as required.
  • Lead team development by recruiting and managing staff, coordinating with global teams for training, performance evaluation, and nurturing a positive local office culture; facilitate smooth workflow with departments outside the business team through effective communication.
  • Represent Payoneer in Pakistan as the main point of contact in collaboration with other company business lines, monitor competitive activities, and actively represent the company at events, in local media, on social networks, exhibitions, and other relevant occasions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and collaboration skills within the executive team to contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization.
