We're Hiring – Head of Brands (Grade 3A)

Position Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Brands to lead strategic brand initiatives, drive market growth, and oversee a diverse brand portfolio for our client. This role requires a visionary leader who can bring innovation, creativity, and strategic execution to elevate brand presence and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business goals

Lead cross-functional brand planning, execution, and reporting processes

Drive innovation in product and packaging with out-of-the-box ideas

Oversee new and existing product marketing campaigns

Manage brand budgets, sales forecasts, and agency collaborations

Lead, train, and motivate brand executives to deliver exceptional results

Enhance brand presence through impactful social media and trade promotions

Ensure transparency, accountability, and operational excellence

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education: Master's in Branding/Marketing (or equivalent)

Experience: 8–10 years in brand marketing with exposure to international projects/assignments
