The Catalyst Group is looking to hire a Project Manager for its client, International Brands Limited, a leading conglomerate engaged in marketing, manufacturing, sales and distribution, retail, and food franchising.
The Project Manager will support the Group CEO in managing business initiatives, financial performance, and strategic plans. This role demands project management expertise, analytical skills, and strategic insight to aid executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate strategic meetings by documenting actionable items and tracking progress on critical tasks across departments to ensure alignment with company goals, addressing bottlenecks to meet milestones on time.
Analyze financial performance to provide actionable insights, prepare reports and KPIs for data-driven decisions, and identify risks and opportunities to enhance overall performance.
Evaluate business plans for financial feasibility, develop models to assess opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
Streamline project tracking and documentation using structured methodologies, maintain clear records of milestones, and ensure consistent communication across departments.
Serve as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders, facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, and provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
Requirements: :
MBA in Finance, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, financial analysis, or related disciplines
Proven expertise in managing cross-functional projects and delivering results in dynamic environments
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
Proficiency in project management tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to independently provide unbiased insights and recommendations
