On-Site, Full-Time.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan.

Looking for a talented and committed Odoo Developer to join our team on-site. This is a full-time position with a 3-month probation period, leading to a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and maintain custom modules in Odoo


• Integrate third-party systems via REST or GraphQL APIs


• Customize and optimize Payroll and Accounting modules


• Build advanced reports and automation tools using Pandas and Python


• Collaborate with functional and business teams for end-to-end solutions


• Debug, test, and document development work effectively

Required Skills:


• 3–4 years of hands-on Odoo development experience


• Proficient in Python and Odoo ORM


• Experience with custom module development and connector integration


• Strong knowledge of Payroll and Accounting workflows in Odoo


• Practical experience with Pandas for data manipulation


• Familiar with Git, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments

Preferred Skills:


• Contributions to open-source Odoo modules


• Experience with Docker or Odoo.sh


• Basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JS)
