Location: Lahore (On-site)


Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT), Monday to Friday


Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client communications.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with international clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Qualifications
  • Experience in bidding on projects and creating tailored proposals.
  • Client communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of Upwork platform and online freelancing marketplaces.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and working on Upwork / Fiverr.
  • Strong ability to schedule and manage client appointments.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Professional attitude with the ability to confidently deal with clients.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing; demonstrated sales success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
