Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled
Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Executive
to join our team at Techzile. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other online marketplaces
.

You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, drafting winning proposals, and closing deals that align with our services including
Web Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Digital Marketing, and UI/UX Design
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects on
    Upwork
    and similar platforms.
  • Write tailored proposals that highlight client requirements and company expertise.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals while maintaining professionalism.
  • Build long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an
    Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Specialist
    .
  • Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Digital Marketing).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to draft customized, professional, and persuasive proposals.
  • Must be target-oriented and self-driven.
  • Familiarity with working in
    US time zone
    (Night Shift).
