Position Title: "Expert Solution Architect"

Role: Full Time

Experience: 3 to 7 years

No of Positions: 01

Education: BS -Computer Science / Software Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Design solutions based on business requirements and lead a team of technical resources to develop solutions within the agreed timeframe.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of requirement artifacts for feasibility and completeness.
  3. Evaluate new requirements for system impact and develop solution designs with effort estimations.
  4. Act as key spokesperson and project POC for stakeholders.
  5. Ensure adherence to timelines, project plans, and address dependencies to meet objectives.
  6. Oversee testing, integration, and deployment activities for smooth delivery.
  7. Develop design documents as a baseline for development and acceptance.
  8. Follow up with resources to monitor project deliverables and progress.
  9. Develop solution documentation and obtain stakeholder signoffs.
  10. Align developers on solutions, timelines, and complexities.
  11. Provide guidance on alternative solutions and impacts.
  12. Experience in Mobile & Web Application Design and Development.
  13. Experience in FinTech as an architect or developer.
  14. Project management, business analysis, and presentation skills for project delivery.
  15. Strong analytical skills to translate requirements into technical use cases.
  16. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ELK/EFK frameworks.
  17. API integration expertise using SOAP and REST.
  18. Experience in developing API specifications for partner and vendor integrations.
  19. Knowledge of relational, non-relational, and object-oriented databases.
  20. Knowledge of CI/CD technologies is a plus.
  21. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  22. Knowledge of IP and Networks is a plus.
  23. Creative problem solver.
  24. Experience with eCommerce platforms and payment gateways is a plus.
  25. Experience designing solutions for mobile and USSD channels.
  26. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for digital financial services.
  27. Team player, ownership, understanding business pain points, and working under pressure.
  28. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
