Systems Limited is looking for SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) Lead to drive strategic client engagements focused on SAP S/4HANA Finance, Group Reporting, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM), while scaling a high-performing consulting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, scale, and lead the SAP Finance & Controlling practice with a strong focus on group reporting, PPM, and S/4HANA Finance.
  • Drive client acquisition, lead strategic engagements, and oversee the full project lifecycle from solution design to delivery.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and thought leadership in financial transformation and reporting optimization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance executives across industries.
  • Manage practice operations, resource planning, and financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in SAP Financials & Controlling consulting, including Group Reporting and PPM in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proven leadership in building and managing SAP consulting teams and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale finance transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, planning & budgeting, capital management, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement at the C-suite level.
  • SAP certifications in FICO, Group Reporting, and/or PPM are a strong plus.
