Job Description

Are you a forward-thinking professional with expertise in AI and SAP integration? We're seeking an experienced AI Integration Specialist to lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about leveraging AI to optimize business processes and create innovative solutions. As an AI Integration Specialist, you will work closely with our founder to brainstorm AI-based solutions and prioritize projects.

The role involves integrating AI into various aspects of our operations, including supply chain management, customer interactions, and production workflows. You will design, build, and refine custom GPT systems to automate tasks like bank reconciliation, data summarization, and financial reporting.

You will also integrate the GPT system with SAP modules (e.g., FICO, inventory management, and production planning) and enable natural language queries for SAP data access and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Custom GPT System Development: Design, build, and refine a custom GPT system to automate tasks.
  2. Integrate the GPT system with SAP modules.
  3. Enable natural language queries for SAP data access and insights.
  4. AI Integration and Automation: Automate repetitive business processes.
  5. Research and implement AI tools like OpenAI, TensorFlow, or RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Zapier).
  6. Create intuitive dashboards and generate real-time business insights using AI analytics.
  7. Collaboration and Optimization: Collaborate with the founder to brainstorm AI-based solutions.
  8. Conduct testing and optimize AI tools for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  9. Train team members on using AI-driven systems.
  10. Market Research and Scalability: Research AI applications and best practices in footwear manufacturing and SAP integration.
  11. Identify scalable solutions to commercialize AI systems for other businesses and industries.
  12. End-to-End AI Integration: Identify all potential areas within the business that can benefit from AI integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Python and API integrations (experience with OpenAI API is a plus).
  • Familiarity with SAP modules and tools like OData or SAP BTP.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, UiPath, or Make (formerly Integromat).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.
