A UI/UX designer is who will be responsible for creating great websites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites and creating visual elements that align with our client's branding. You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure proper and hassle-free implementation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Testing and improving the design of the website.
  2. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  3. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
  4. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they align with clients' branding.
  5. Working with different content management systems.
  6. Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
  7. Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
  8. Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
  9. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
  10. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  11. Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
  12. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  13. Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
  14. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Skills, Expertise and Qualifications -

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation with a relevant diploma in a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other visual design tools.

Technical Skills

  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other visual design tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch.
  • Good understanding of content management systems.
  • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
  • Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography.
  • Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats.
  • Awareness of UI/UX principles.
