We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our company, to lead and manage the team members in executing accounting, audit and tax services, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction..

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Plan and execute audit, accounting, and tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, audit reports, and tax returns to identify areas for improvement and adherence to accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, internal controls documentation, and risk assessment matrices for various engagements.
  • Ensure timely completion of all projects, monitor project budgets, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging professional development and certifications for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to cultivate a high-performing and motivated team.

Qualifications

  • Professional certification such as ACCA, or CA is required. CA inter candidates may also apply.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, audit, and tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), auditing standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring a team of accounting professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
