About the Role:

We seek a detail-oriented Fractional Billing Specialist to accurately bill customers for work completed, ensuring precise invoicing and timely payments. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in billing systems, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain billing data in Google Sheets and other systems for accurate invoicing
  • Monitor billing cycles and verify billing information
  • Collaborate with project and finance teams for documentation and reconciliation
  • Prepare reports on billing activities and revenue
  • Respond to billing inquiries and stay updated on relevant regulations

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Billing Specialist, preferably in fractional billing
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets is essential
  • Knowledge of billing processes and financial software
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and familiarity with legal requirements
