Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Prior Authorization & AR Specialist - Medical Billing. The specialist will be responsible for handling prior authorizations and managing accounts receivable for medical billing. Daily tasks include processing insurance claims, managing denials and appeals, utilizing ICD-10 codes, and ensuring compliance with Medicare and other insurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Terminology and Insurance procedures
- Experience with managing Denials and processing Medicare claims
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
