Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and architectures. If you are passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights and ensuring the reliability and scalability of data infrastructure, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain reliable data architectures across structured and unstructured sources.
  • Collaborate with database developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data needs are met.
  • Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data workflows and infrastructure.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency across multiple systems.
  • Integrate data from various sources into centralized databases and data warehouses.
  • Work with large datasets to support data science, analytics, and reporting functions.
  • Assist in data migration and consolidation from legacy systems.
  • Implement and enforce data governance, security, and backup strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
  • Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline development.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau is a plus.
  • Understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Access.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
