UI/UX Designer

We're looking for UX/UI Designers (2x) to join our team and help enhance the user experience across a suite of digital tools tailored for financial professionals. In this role, you'll design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that foster trust, drive engagement, and simplify complex tasks for our users.

Responsibilities
  • Design clean, user-centric interfaces from concept to final handoff, including wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Define and optimize user flows that balance business goals with user needs
  • Identify UX pain points and propose practical, data-informed design solutions
  • Ensure visual and functional consistency across products by using shared design systems
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design intent is fully realized in implementation
  • Evolve and maintain the platform's design language and reusable component library
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within B2B or SaaS platforms
  • A portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and refined visual aesthetics
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience designing responsive web applications
  • Hands-on experience with user research methods and the ability to turn insights into impactful designs
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
