The Division:
Harris CareTracker Software as a Service (SaaS) platform enables Harris to continue its expansion into the US healthcare information technology ("HCIT ") market. CareTracker is a provider of practice management solutions for physician practices in the United States. Harris CareTracker is a leading healthcare PM & EMR company.

The Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Database Administrator with strong expertise in MongoDB, relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle, and exposure to PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing databases, ensuring performance, security, and high availability. Development skills in .NET are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, support, and maintain MongoDB environments including installation, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, and backups.

• Manage and optimize SQL Server and Oracle database environments.

• Perform database performance analysis, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategies.

• Develop and maintain database documentation, procedures, and best practices.

• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to support application performance and data integrity.

• Provide support in PostgreSQL environments, where applicable.

• Contribute to automation and scripting for database administration tasks.

• Leverage .NET development knowledge to support integration and troubleshooting (as needed).

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in database administration.

• Strong expertise in MongoDB (DBA-level experience).

• Proficient in SQL Server and Oracle databases.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of .NET development is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
