Job Brief:

The job incumbent shall be responsible for research gathering & data analysis, presenting data-driven solutions, and implementing those solutions using analytical tools and technologies. The role involves statistically analyzing large data sets to identify ways to boost organizational efficiency, creating analytics platforms, and developing cross-functional team capabilities for optimal resource allocation, tracking, and monitoring of KPIs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Devise strategic plans to improve business efficiency.
  • Create sustainable synergies across various business functions.
  • Identify new business areas and deploy strategic initiatives for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to recommend strategies around sales, marketing, product, and other initiatives.
  • Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and tools to support execution.
  • Create analytics platforms and develop team capabilities for resource allocation and KPI monitoring.
  • Maintain excellent relationships and communication with stakeholders to improve business delivery.
  • Create workflow templates to streamline processes.
  • Perform gap analysis of SOPs/SLAs and implement relevant policies.
  • Use analytics to determine project impact and prioritize accordingly.
  • Collaborate on process evaluations and improvements.
  • Lead quality and efficiency projects to ensure best practices.
  • Extract and analyze data using SQL, Excel, and other tools to generate reports.
  • Maintain data from primary and secondary sources.
  • Analyze complex data patterns and trends.
  • Clean and filter data.
  • Work with management to prioritize information needs.
  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies.

Job Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, analytics, process improvement, and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in planning, high-impact initiatives, or strategic planning.
