Ibtidah Solutions is looking for talented and passionate Backend Developers (Python) to join our growing team

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Lahore office. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing robust server-side application logic, integrating with front-end developers, and ensuring scalability, performance, and security of our backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain server-side applications using Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and backend interactions.
  • Optimize server-side applications for performance and scalability.
  • Resolve critical defects and production issues promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
  • Strong knowledge of OOP, DSA, and operating system fundamentals (memory management, threads, processes).
  • Solid understanding of web application architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
  • Proficient with Git and version control practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
